These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all transactions between WWR Distribution (“Supplier,” “we,” “our”) and any purchaser, reseller, or Amazon seller (“Buyer,” “you”). By placing an order or conducting business with us, you agree to these Terms in full.

3. Eligibility

Buyers must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Operate a legitimate Amazon Seller or eCommerce account.
Provide accurate business and contact information when ordering.

4. Orders and Pricing

All prices are wholesale and subject to change without notice.
Orders are final once confirmed and non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply depending on the product.
Bulk pricing and discounts are available upon request.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are accepted via approved methods (ACH, wire, or other agreed options).
Orders must be paid in full before shipping unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Late payments may result in order delays or suspension of account privileges.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship domestically within the United States unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on location and carrier.
WWR Distribution is not responsible for delays or damages caused by carriers or customs.
Risk of loss transfers to Buyer upon shipment.

7. Returns & Damages

Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only with prior authorization.
Refunds or replacements will be issued at WWR Distribution’s discretion after inspection.

8. Resale and Branding

Buyers are responsible for complying with Amazon Seller policies, including brand registry and intellectual property rules.
Products must not be resold under misleading or unauthorized brand names.
WWR Distribution assumes no liability for account suspension or policy violations by resellers.

9. Limitation of Liability + Governing Law

WWR Distribution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruptions arising from product use, resale, or delays.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

10. Modifications

WWR Distribution reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued business with us after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
